Digital Corporate Yoga

 
 

Corporate yoga can be done online, ie. your employees can participate from where they are via their computer, tablet or smartphone.

 

Workplaces are becoming increasingly digital, whether you work digitally or your employees are placed at different locations, digital corporate yoga can be a suitable alternative.

  • Live-streamed yoga or pre-recorded yoga class.

  • All classes are tailored to your wishes and needs.

  • No previous yoga experience required. The class is created so that both those with and without previous experience of yoga can participate.

  • Yoga can be done on a yoga mat in workout clothes.

  • Yoga can be carried out so that it is suitable to perform in ordinary office clothes standing or with the use of a chair.

  • Occasional or recurring corporate yoga sessions can be booked.

  • Corporate yoga can be combined with a lecture.

Digital corporate yoga can e.g. consist of meditation, breathing exercises, exercises on yoga mat or exercises on chair. The exercises can be adapted so that it is suitable to perform in ordinary office clothes or training clothes, according to your wishes.


Class layout:

YOGA FLOW

This class includes physical movements, breathing exercises, relaxation exercises and meditation. Yoga is based on hatha yoga and vinyasa and can be directed more towards one or the other depending on desires. The physical movements are woven together with the breath, which challenges and improves both strength and mobility.

YOGA RELAX

The class includes tools for dealing with stress in the form of calmer yoga exercises, breathing exercises and meditation. The style of yoga taught has its roots in yin yoga.

YOGA ESPRESSO

The class includes physical movements, meditation and breathing exercises that do not require a change of clothes. Can be performed on a yoga mat, on a chair or standing. A break in the working day for energy replenishment!

Guided relaxation

Yoga Nidra is a guided deep relaxation that promotes recovery. The class can begins with gentle movements and the relaxation is usually performed lying on the back.


About Klara

I am a yoga teacher and health entrepreneur based in Varberg at the west coast of Sweden. I have a masters degree in law, studies in criminology and nutrition, I have had the opportunity to travel the world – experiences that ultimately led me into the path of yoga. My passion is to share yoga and the health benefits it offers.

I'm driven by helping people reduce stress in their everyday life by becoming aware of their body and their breath. I started to practice yoga while I studied to become a lawyer and found yoga to be a powerful tool to reduce stress in order to find balance in day to day life. Since 2017 I've been teaching corporate yoga in both Swedish and English and both in person and online. It makes me happy to see people thrive when pursuing their passion, professionally and personally, while maintaining balance in life.
